A good read, I would just add up that for better rates you should aim at the companies that are processing bigger volumes like Gate2Shop . There you get much lower fees but once again they have requirements for minimum volume of transactions.

Derrick, this is a fantastic list of WordPress Plug-ins ideal for affiliate marketers using WordPress. I LOVE Google Sitemaps, All-in-on-SEO Pack, and WP Backup. Awesome plug-ins! CS Forms is also a favorite of mine.

And, I’d like to add another to your list, if I may. It’s called the PPC Keyword Tracker. It allows affiliate marketers to track the PPC keywords they bid on, in Google, Yahoo, Bing and other PPC platforms, by identifying them, storing them, cloaking them and then appending them as a SUBID to your affiliate URLs so you can see which are leading to sales via a merchant’s affiliate tracking software.
